DISPATCHER NEEDED FOR A FAST PACED TOWING ...

DISPATCHER NEEDED for a fast paced Towing Company. Applicant needs to be able to multi task. Must be able to take calls, input calls into dispatch program, dispatch calls and keep track of all drivers. Must be able to work independently. Applicant will also be responsible for organizing Safety training courses for drivers and ensure that each driver completes their training. This position also requires overtime work. Position requires day shifts and evening shifts. Applicant must be able to work any shift required of them. Applicant must also have computer knowledge and have good customer service skills. Applicant must be able to work with multiple office staff and dispatch assistants. Applicant must have basic knowledge of tire changes and lockouts for assisting customers at the impound yard. Applicant must be able to operate a forklift and be mechanically inclined. Knowledge of operating a tow truck would be beneficial, but not necessary for hire.
